Director and Senior Advisor
Drs Steenman is a director, senior advisor and Securities and Futures Commission licensed Responsible Officer of the Company.
Drs Steenman is responsible for the macroeconomics advisory and overall investment direction of the Company.
Drs Steenman has more than 19 years of work experience in the investment and finance industry, including 8 years in the Pan Asian region. He was the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region of the ABN AMRO Rothschild joint venture; Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO Asia Corporate Finance Ltd; co-head of investment banking and head of capital markets for Asia of Robert Fleming and Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong; and managing director and co-head of the equity capital and derivative markets division of JP Morgan Chase with joint-responsibility for operations in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.
Drs Steenman is the Managing Director of Steenman Asset Management registered with and supervised by the VSV/ASG in Zürich, Switzerland that focuses on institutional and high net worth private client portfolio management. He holds a Doctoral Degree in Macro Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Dato' Dr. Wong Sin Just is the founder of SBI E2-Capital Group, an Asian financial service provider active in corporate finance, securities trading, asset management and research. He possesses over 18 years of investment banking and asset management experience. Prior to founding the SBI E2-Capital Group, he held senior positions with investment banks including BNP Prime Peregrine Securities Limited, ABN Amro Asia Corporate Finance Limited and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited.
Dato' Dr. Wong Sin Just is currently a Non-Executive Chairman of Westminster Travel Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Furthermore, Dato' Dr. Wong Sin Just is an Independent Non-Executive Director of CDC Software Corporation, a company listed on the US NASDAQ market as well as China.com Inc., a company listed on the Growth Enterprises Market of Hong Kong Exchange, CSI Properties Limited and China Zenith Chemical Group Limited, companies listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchange.
Dato' Dr. Wong Sin Just holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, University of London and was qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales.
Ms. Nancy Ruth FUNG

Ms Fung is responsible for the identification and execution of the investment and divestment strategies, portfolio monitoring and day-to-day management of the Company.
Ms Fung has more than seven years of asset management experience working for venture capital fund and hedge fund, and nine years of equity analyst experience with various brokerage firms.
Prior to her fund management experience, she worked as an equity research analyst at OCBC Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Daiwa Institute of Research (H.K.) Ltd., JS Cresvale Securities Asia Ltd, and SBI E2-Capital Securities Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Wales, United Kingdom.
