- Lead or play a significant role in execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, cross border M&As and general financial advisory projects

- Relevant corporate finance experience is a must
- University graduate, qualified accountant or lawyer
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin with excellent writing skill in English and Chinese
- Pro-active and flexible attitude with the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment
- Good team player and result oriented
- Title and remuneration package will depend on the experience and qualification of the candidates.

- Perform securities analysis and equity research in Asia and provide support to customers on trade finance services matters
THE PERSON
- Master and Degree holder from top-tier university with major in Finance, Business or related disciplines
- Must be a native speaker of Mandarin and Fluency in both English and Cantonese
- Leadership and organisation qualities
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and of different nationalities
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Proactive, efficient, and works well under pressure
- Flexible attitude with the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial and fluid environment
- Strong computer skills in MS office, Bloomberg, and Adobe or other desktop publishing software
