Simon Harding
Director of Corporate Finance

Mr. Harding has over 17 years of corporate finance and regulatory experience. Mr. Harding has been involved in overseeing the execution of listings in Hong Kong and in marketing to potential “H” share and red chip listing candidates for listing on the Main Board and GEM Board in Hong Kong. He has worked on a variety of equity and equity-related transactions, including the landmark privatization of Hong Kong’s Mass Transit Railway. His varied experience includes “H” shares, “B” shares, spin-off listings and Euromarket issues, including convertible bonds and GDR issues. Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor Degree in Classics with Honours and Master’s Degree in Contemporary Classical Studies from The University of Southampton.

Dennis Tsui
Director of Corporate Finance

Mr. Tsui has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. Before joining SBI, Mr. Tsui worked in senior management positions for a number of international financial institutions, including Fubon Capital (HK) Limited, Sino Pacific and China Merchants Securities Limited. Mr. Tsui also possesses considerable experience in equities, futures, foreign exchange trading and has solid experience in the China IPO market.

Mr. TL Ong
Consultant

Mr. TL Ong, has over 20 years of international financial management experience covering commercial and merchant banking, securities and asset management, finance company and leasing, unit trust management, investment holding, general insurance and property management services. He began his career with an international accounting firm with postings in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and New York with the Financial Services Group. Mr. Ong holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree with distinction from the University of Hull (UK). He is also a fellow certified practicing accountant of CPA Australia, fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as an ordinary member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. Mr. Ong currently serves as a Chief Operating Officer of the SBI E2-Capital Asia Holdings Limited.

Kennedy Tsang
Director

Mr. Tsang, has over 12 years experience in securities and consultancy industries. He specializes in analyzing various industries in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Tsang holds Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Engineering with Honours and a Master Degree in Technology Management. He is also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Logistics and Transportation.

Norman Zhang
Acting Head of Equity Research

Mr. Zhang, has over 7 years experience in securities and consultancy industries. He specializes in analyzing mid-cap stocks in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Zhang holds Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering and a Master Degree in Finance.
