Dato' Wong Sin Just

Dato' Wong Sin Just is the founder of SBI E2-Capital Group, an Asian financial service provider active in corporate finance, securities trading, asset management and research. He possesses over 18 years of investment banking and asset management experience. Prior to founding the SBI E2-Capital Group, he held senior positions with investment banks including BNP Prime Peregrine Securities Limited, ABN Amro Asia Corporate Finance Limited and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited.
Dato' Wong Sin Just is currently a Non-Executive Chairman of Westminster Travel Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Furthermore, Dato' Wong Sin Just is an Independent Non-Executive Director of CDC Software Corporation, a company listed on the US NASDAQ market, CSI Properties Limited and China Zenith Chemical Group Limited, companies listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchange.
Dato' Wong Sin Just holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, University of London and was qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales.
Mr. Billy Cheung
Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Legal
Mr. Cheung, has over 19 years of experience in corporate re-organisation, corporate finance and regulatory compliance. He has been the Company Secretary of some listed companies in Hong Kong since 2000. Before joining the SBI E2-Capital group, he worked in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Cheung holds a bachelor and a master degree in laws and a bachelor of social science degree. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr. Cheung has been a guest lecturer of selected regulatory topics of securities law for two postgraduate courses at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2003.
Mr. Kenny Wong
Managing Director of Securities
Mr. Wong, has over 14 years experience in commercial and financial institutions. He began his career with an international accounting firm. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from The University of Western Sydney and Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Manchester. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the UK and the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries. Mr. Wong has been serving as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of SBI E2-Capital Group since 2006 and now serves as the Managing Director of SBI E2-Capital Asia Holdings Limited.
Mr. John Lo
Managing Director of Equities & Head of Institutional Sales
Mr Lo has more than 18 years experience in the equities sales industry with focus in institutional sales. Before joining the SBI-E2 Capital, he held senior positions with Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited and BNP Prime Peregrine Securities Limited. In 2005, Mr Lo was appointed as the Executive Director, Head of Institutional Sales of CCB International Securities Limited which he was mandated to set up the sales team from scratch. In 2006, he joined ICEA Securities Limited as Executive Director, Head of Sales to prepare for the sales distribution of ICBC listing. In 2009, Mr Lo was appointed as the Executive Director, Head of Sales with ICBC International Securities Limited.
Mr Lo has considerable experience in the placement of mega IPOs and secondary listings including ICBC and CCB IPO placement tranch, and, PCCW’s secondary placements. Mr Lo was awarded the top ten HK equities sales by Asia Money in 2002. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
